Before you check out, make sure you're clear on what this engagement requires from you. This is a managed service — we do the heavy lifting, but there are a few things only you can own.
You are required to create and maintain your own HeyGen and ElevenLabs accounts. These platforms build and host your avatar and voice clone. We set them up, configure them, and manage them on your behalf — but the accounts belong to you and are billed directly to you. We'll tell you exactly what to sign up for after onboarding.
Video generation on HeyGen and ElevenLabs runs on tokens. The more you post, the more tokens you use. These costs are billed through your accounts monthly based on your plan volume. They are separate from your service fee. We'll walk you through a realistic estimate during onboarding.
All monthly plans require a 3-month commitment starting from your first posting day. This is the minimum runway needed to build momentum and deliver on growth targets. After 3 months you're month-to-month — cancel anytime with 30 days written notice.
The onboarding fee covers your full setup — knowledge base build, automation configuration, test videos, prompt guides, and team training. Work begins immediately after payment. This fee is non-refundable once the engagement starts.
